NEW LOOK
It was time to change the look and information on this page and all of the links within! One constant about life is things will change! Some like changes and others would rather have everything stay as it was if it worked. BUT if it no longer works then we must change. One of the main changes is our benefit for members through the Family Fun and Amusement Parks. With the modern technology of computers and it’s web sites it has been determined that we no longer have any better benefit to offer our members than all of the special packages available to everyone through a variety of web sites. I strongly suggest if you are booking a motel and possible air or car to any of the favorite vacation spots to go through www.nascoetravel.com . This site will offer exceptional package deals through booking everything that is needed at one time. Our Travel Advantage News Letter also features package specials and this could be even bigger savings for you and your family or friends. This page has been renamed to “Vacation Planning”. Check out the new look and information!
Next change is the page that was called “Exclusive Benefits for NASCOE Members”. This page has been renamed to “ Membership Has It’s Benefits”. This page has been updated with benefits separated; one page is for exclusive Benefits for Members only, and the second page lists benefits that everyone can enjoy! Check out the new look!
The page on NASCOE Travel Web Site has not been renamed but the content is new. I have placed a better understanding of our travel site and hopefully made the page a little more fun to look at and read the details. Check out the new information!
I have updated the look on the page introducing your Area Benefit Chairpersons. I wanted to let you see who your Area Chairperson was. Putting a face to the person you talk to makes it more personal and friendlier. Check out the new look!
Cell Phone Discount Fact Sheet – no changes but I gave it a little color for you to print and be ready to hand out at any meetings you may want to give copies at!
Letter to insurance Companies for Benefits – this will soon be changed and updated with new letters for you to use to send to your insurance companies, OPM or Congressional Contacts. These letters are for you use as you wish. They are only a guide to help make composing a letter for changes that many of you have asked for.
New Page for Retirement Training tools: I have added a page on avenues to help you on retirement training. This page reflects web sites to use to aid in your self training and knowledge of your benefits and retirement along with courses in AgLearn that is for you, free of charge, for your professional self improvement! Check out the new information!
New Page for Benefit Planning Inc.: this page gives you the latest information about what this company will do for us. They understand and explain our benefits and use at retirement. Check out the new information!
